After suffering an upset against Türkiye in their opening match on Wednesday, France displayed grit and determination to secure their first win of the Volleyball Nations League 2025. Facing a confident Belgian team fresh off a victory against Thailand, the French rose to the challenge and triumphed 3-1 (25-22, 13-25, 25-13, 25-19).
France’s resilience was evident as they shook off a challenging second set to dominate the remainder of the match, putting their first win on the board in Pool 3 action in Beijing.
